We will always recommend the platform that matches your budget and risk profile rather than pushing one label. Hikvision and Uniview are our usual choice for commercial PoE projects, while EZVIZ and Tapo are excellent value for homes, villas, small retail and rented spaces.

What Our Installation Covers

  • Free site survey, camera positioning plan and blind-spot analysis
  • Camera selection – dome, bullet, turret, PTZ, fisheye, ANPR and covert
  • Cat6 cabling in conduit or trunking, PoE switch or NVR PoE port termination, and RJ45 crimping to standard
  • NVR / DVR installation with surveillance-grade storage sizing for your required retention period, typically 15, 30, 60 or 90 days
  • IP addressing, camera commissioning, focus and field-of-view adjustment
  • Motion detection, line-crossing, intrusion, tamper and human / vehicle filtering to cut false alerts

Remote Access and Mobile Viewing

Every installation is handed over with working remote access. We configure the manufacturer P2P cloud service – Hik-Connect, EZVIZ, UNV EZView, Dahua DMSS, Tapo or VIGI – on your phones, tablets and laptops, set up multi-user access with the right permissions, and enable push notifications for the events that matter. Where a fixed IP or DDNS, VPN tunnel or port-forwarded connection is preferred for security reasons, we configure that on your router or firewall instead of relying on cloud services.

Compliance in Dubai

Commercial premises in Dubai fall under SIRA regulations, which set minimum standards for camera coverage, resolution, retention and system design. We build systems to those standards and can coordinate the design, drawings and approval process for your premises so that inspections pass first time.

Upgrades, Repairs and Maintenance

We also take over neglected systems: replacing failed cameras, recovering NVR passwords, swapping dying hard disks, converting analogue coax systems to IP, extending coverage and restoring remote access that stopped working after an internet or router change. Preventive maintenance is available as a standalone visit or as part of an annual IT AMC.
