Aqua System Technologies supplies, installs and maintains automatic boom barriers, gates and parking management systems for commercial buildings, residential communities, warehouses, hotels and labour accommodation across Dubai and the UAE.

Barriers and Gates We Install

  • Automatic boom barriers – 3 m to 6 m arms, straight, articulated or fence-type booms, with 0.6 to 6 second opening speeds
  • High-frequency barriers – for busy entries with hundreds of cycles per hour
  • Sliding and swing gate automation – motorised operators for existing gates
  • Road blockers and rising bollards – for high-security entrances
  • Tyre killers and one-way spikes – where wrong-way entry must be prevented

Brands We Supply

We work with CAME, FAAC, BFT, Nice, Roger Technology, Magnetic Autocontrol, DoorHan, Automatic Systems and ZKTeco, choosing between them based on duty cycle, arm length, lead time and spare-parts availability in the UAE. All units we recommend are rated for Gulf ambient temperatures and dust.

Access Methods and Detection

  • ANPR / LPR cameras – the barrier opens automatically for registered plates, with visitor plates added from a dashboard
  • Long-range UHF RFID – windscreen tags read at 3 to 10 metres so drivers never stop
  • Proximity cards, fobs and biometrics – at a driver-height pedestal reader
  • Push button, remote control and GSM / intercom release – for guard-operated or call-based entry
  • Loop detectors and magnetic sensors – vehicle presence, safety hold-open and auto-close
  • Photocell safety beams – the boom will not descend onto a vehicle or person
  • Traffic lights and LED indicators – clear go / stop signalling at narrow entries

Parking Management and Reporting

Where required we add a full parking management layer: bay counting with full / vacant signage, ticket or QR-based visitor entry, tenant allocation, blacklists, integration with your access control and CCTV so every barrier event has matching video, and reports on entries, exits and occupancy by hour. Paid parking with cashless payment can also be implemented.

Civil Works, Power and Safety

Our scope covers the foundation plinth, ducting, loop cutting and sealing, cabling, dedicated power supply, earthing, and safe integration with fire alarm systems so barriers open on evacuation. Installations are handed over with commissioning records, remote handsets, spare fuses and operator training.

Maintenance and Repairs

Barriers are mechanical and they wear. We repair failed motors, gearboxes, springs, control boards, loops and photocells for all major brands, and offer preventive maintenance contracts with scheduled lubrication, alignment and safety testing to avoid the barrier failing during peak hours.
